What it does

A sweeter bianco route that rounds a white Negroni and gives the aromatised-wine leg obvious presence. It helps when gentian bitterness needs a softer landing; in already gentle builds it can pull the drink away from tension.

The pale wine side. It holds up the white and bianco drinks with a lighter sweetness, a herbal lift, or a bittered-wine backbone. Lillet, Cocchi Americano, and Dolin Blanc share this ground without behaving the same.
