What it does

Dolin Dry pulls the rosso cushion out from under the drink. Head toward a Cardinale or a dry Negroni and you get less sweetness, less body, and the gin and Campari left more exposed. In a Rosita it shares the vermouth work with Cocchi and keeps things tight. A thin dry vermouth here leaves the drink all edge and no middle.
