What it does

Luxardo Bitter Bianco is the clean pale-bitter route. It keeps real bitterness in the glass while stepping away from both Campari's red-orange and Suze's earthy gentian. With Dolin Blanc and Tanqueray it gives the Bianco branch its pale, dry, structured shape. It's its own thing, not a colourless Campari.
