Dolin Blanc
Bottle · Blanc / aromatised wine
What it does
Dolin Blanc is the pale vermouth behind the Bianco branch. It brings sweetness and a herbal lift without the dark weight of a rosso, so the gin and the Luxardo Bitter Bianco stay clear. It belongs with clean pale bitterness rather than Suze's earthy gentian, and putting it in the wrong white version will change the drink.
In the family
Blanc/bianco aromatised wine
The pale wine side. It holds up the white and bianco drinks with a lighter sweetness, a herbal lift, or a bittered-wine backbone. Lillet, Cocchi Americano, and Dolin Blanc share this ground without behaving the same.
