What it does

Dolin Blanc brings sweetness and a herbal lift to a pale Negroni, without the darker flavours of rosso. It partners Luxardo Bitter Bianco in the Negroni Bianco here. A White Negroni with Suze and Dolin Blanc would be another variation; the reference recipe uses Lillet Blanc.
