The short version

A rounded Sbagliato. Cocchi gives the bubbles something solid to sit on.

Pour the bitter and vermouth over ice, add the prosecco last, and stir lightly so you don't knock the bubbles out.

Softer than a Classic but still bitter enough to read as a Negroni, where the Martini Rosso version plays lighter and more familiar.

Too much prosecco and it slides into red spritz.
