The short version

The rounder Classic. Soft Plymouth and rich Antica give it body and a plush finish.

Stir with plenty of ice and serve over a large cube. A wide strip of orange peel suits it, since the drink is rich enough to carry the extra citrus.

Rounder and less bracing than the Punt e Mes version, heavier and more plush than the Cocchi one.

Served warm or under-diluted, it gets heavy.
