A rounded Mezcal Negroni. Smoke and agave meet Campari, Cocchi filling the middle.

Stir equal parts and serve over ice with orange. Keep the dilution clean so the mezcal doesn't take over the finish.

Rounder than the Punt e Mes version, which comes back drier and firmer.

A very smoky mezcal will still push through the vermouth.
