What it does

Tanqueray keeps the gin line dry and firm. That's what makes it pull with Punt e Mes, where the drink leans sharp, and with Aperol, where the softer bitter needs something to hold it up. It suits the dry and Bianco branches for the same reason. Softer ingredients round it off, but its job is keeping the frame upright.
